Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with TopRock. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on subscription payments. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of the order date.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, which acts as the Merchant of Record for all TopRock transactions. To request a refund:

  • Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout, or
  • Contact us via the in-app support page and we will help process the request.

Renewals

Subscription renewals are billed automatically at the start of each new billing period. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or via paddle.net — cancellation stops future renewals. The 30-day money-back guarantee applies to the initial purchase; for renewal charges, contact us within 30 days of the renewal date if you believe a refund is warranted and we will review the request.

Processing time

Approved refunds are typically returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
